The pillow is super comfortable and soft. I recommend it 100%. super good for sleeping comfortably and without neck pain.

This is the worst pillow I have encountered in a long while. I had hopes that it would be great. I've been diligently searching for a good pillow for what seems like years. This is not a good pillow! I put it in the dryer on air fluff (no heat) for 10 minutes to get it good and soft….. Yeah, that didn't work!
It is heavy, hard and I couldn't make it three hours on it. I got a very sore neck and upper back from it which caused the worst headache. I sent it back. It was that bad!

Nice pillow but I found it to be too thick, not soft enough. Otherwise it was fine. Solved my problem with alergic reaction at night

I've had trouble finding the right pillow, but I’m so glad I came across this one. It's soft yet provides good support, especially for side sleeping. Plus, it's very comfy and has that hotel-quality feel without being over the top.

Great pillow but no part of this is cotton. It's described as the shell was cotton but on the pillow itself it says viscose fiber which is actually a tree pulp. So no cotton here. But no need this pillow is soft and perfect thickness. Would have been 5 stars but 4 for misleading information.

It feels cool to the touch and fluffs real nice without being too firm. It doesn’t really have a smell other than “new smell”. I haven’t needed to wash it yet but it looks like it’ll fit in my washer. I like it for the cool feeling overall.

I'm a side sleeper most of the time. I chose this pillow because by description it fits my needs. It's easy to care for and the price is reasonable. It arrived intact in a vacuumed sealed cylinder container and was free of any chemical smells (Always a huge plus for me). The one thing that I wish it had is just a little more support. If you are a broad shouldered person, this pillow isn't for you. Other than that, it's working well for me thus far.
Also, the company contacted me soon after I received the pillow to see if I was pleased with my purchase. Most companies don't take the time to do that. That showed me that they care about their products and their customers.
